"Extremely rude. One of the office workers, the estimator, spoke to us like we were children and smirked when we asked questions. We then decided to move the car to a local shop that had a better lead time and they charged us a $70 storage fee for the car being there for 1 day! Beware using this shop. Edit: Estimator spoke to tow driver and told him “oh well, it’s one less a**hole we have to deal with” Don’t give your business to folks who don’t want it."

"I could not have been more impressed with the team at Toyota Collision Center. Parts have been on back order due to circumstances out of their control. They did everything they could to ensure I was aware of shipping dates and arrival times. There was one part that still hasn't come in, but this team understood my need for a car and went above and beyond to waterproof and make my vehicle safe to drive until the part does come in.
