I show her inspo pictures and they always come to life. Cece also gives great haircuts that are great for framing your face and making sure your hair looks full! Cece is also very knowledgeable. I've had some issues with post-COVID hair falling out and she has given me suggestions about hair growth, and they have worked! If you are looking to get your hair done, ask for Cece!
