"We drove all over Western North Carolina sitting on and pricing out furniture. We wound up buying right in our own backyard from Jim's Corner. We received great customer service and purchased two, custom-ordered Craftmaster couches at a very reasonable price. They were delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team. An A+ experience all around. I can't wait to enjoy our new furniture!"

"My family has purchased from here for decades without issue, until today. Went in to purchase a queen headboard and bed frame and was belittled and treated with disrespect. They said they don’t deliver unless it’s over $1,000, then they finally said it would be $50 to deliver (I would have been more than happy to pay that, had they not been so rude). I had shoulders shrugged at me for questioning why they wouldn’t deliver to me (before they said $50 to deliver). My grandma has spent thousands of dollars there, the only place she would purchase furniture from :(. The owner told me I could fit it in my SUV. I said no, I can’t because I had my kids car seats in there. She then told me to come back with no car seats and they would try and fit it. That’s hilarious!! what am I supposed to do with my kids?? Jim’s Corner has lost a whole family of loyal customers after today! Never going back"

"This place is terrific! Beautiful pieces at very reasonable prices. I bought several pieces for my dining room while visiting in West Jefferson knowing that I would not be able to get them home to Charlotte for several weeks. They had no issues holding on to the furniture for me. The day I was able to pick it up it was raining really hard both at the store and in Charlotte, but I had zero worries because when I got there I saw that they had the furniture wrapped so well that there were no issues with getting it home and in my house despite the pouring rain. They also packed everything up in the U-Haul for us (including an additional piece I bought on pick up day!) and made sure it was secure and protected. I highly recommend this store!!"
