"Horrible experience, only part of my order arrived. What did arrive was a loose shirt wadded up in a crushed box and opened box stains on it. I emailed the company 9 times over 5 days before finally getting a response, only for them to tell me I'm on my own. On top of this I still haven't been refunded for the multiple items on my order they canceled because they oversold. I'd had one bad experience with them previously, getting a damaged product. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but that was a huge mistake. I would recommend anyone thinking about shopping with them to find a more reputable business. Social status does not care about their customers and has some of the worst customer service reps I've ever dealt with in my life."
"Social Status is the best place to find brands such as Off-white, Bathing Ape, Comme Des Garcons ect... staff is always kind and patient. You need to make an appointment to shop and cant touch the clothing as of October 2020. Best designer boutique in Charlotte."
