"Tried to return a bottle of cologne i bought after Christmas because the atomizer would not spray. Ther was a sample bottle that came along with it. I just wanted to exchange it but because i didn't have a receipt they wouldn't allow it. I had bought 3 bottles of cologne that day. They told me to get a receipt from the credit card company for proof. Then i told them to keep the bottle i mean what good is it to me if it doesn't spray. But they insisted i take it.i think something could have been worked out but they didn't want to try."
"We had to stop in for a shirt for an upcoming wedding. The guy who helped us was wonderful. He took time and figured out the perfect size needed and ordered it for us with no issues. Great customer service."
"I went to get sized for a bra and the young lady was so experienced. She had me try on several bras before it was right. I was actually in a size I wouldn't have NEVER thought of. It fitted real good and made my shirt fit different. It's nice to know there's people who are passionate about what they do."
"Went in for sun glasses and the sales girl was very helpful. Beautiful store. Browed the shoes and sneakers, large variety of dress shoes and flats, sneakers had an okay selection. Only reason for not giving five stars is you can't use in store coupons unless you have a Dillards card."
