"I ordered three item's for pick up. They let a stranger basically take my bag I only received two of the three items when I arrived to pick up unfortunately . I have to call for a refund. I still like forever 21 , they just should have handled the pick up better."

This particular location has always helped me feel welcomed and in fashion. "I was shopping here this week when I found out how disgusting this place truly is, they have a supervisor named Caesar roaming around checking girls out head to toe, even checking out his own employees!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I couldn’t stress how angry I felt in that moment. I wanted to confront him so bad but I would’ve probably been kicked out by security, so I decided to chat in with a employee to make sure I wasn’t just jumping to conclusions, and I was shocked to hear that this manager walked in on one of his employee’s (a girl) using the bathroom, and caused her to feel VERY uncomfortable. Apparently it was discussed to the store manger and she did nothing but give him a slap on the wrist. It completely blows my mind how he’s still employed at a WOMANS retail store! This is UNBELIEVABLE and VERY REPULSIVE and a lack of judgement and care for THEIR customers AND employees. I will never be stepping foot into this store again and I really hope those young ladies LEAVE and find a better store."
