"Was just at H&M and asked if my daughter could try on the clothes (they only have 3 dressing rooms open), I explained that we were very short on time and the worker that was working the dressing rooms would not let her try on the clothes. He said they were short on staff and would not let her try on her 3 tops. Again only 3 rooms were open. So we will not be back!"

"Pretty good but they charge you for bags to "help the environment". However, if they wanted to help they would simply not offer bags instead of using it as an excuse to make a profit"

"I took my grand daughter shopping at this store. I must say I was surprised to see how disorganized it was! Clothes on the floor and hanging over the racks. Size of clothing mixed in other sizes. It was hard to find the correct size you had to go through the entire racks to find a particular size. Took the joy out of shopping. Needless to say if I have hunt and dig for a size then I am not going to stay in your store long."

"Was able to find what I was looking for. However, they could utilize more help at the checkout counter. There were two ladies at the counter. However, only one was assisting customers. Patience in line was our best friend that day. Overall, it was a fair shopping experience."

"Selection just ok. Some things are overpriced for the quality.my daughter was looking for business casual items to wear in college. We did find a few things that were nice and on sale. Most of the dress pants were ankle length and it would have been better if they would have had more regular length pants."
