Cacique

"I have now been to this store 3 times. Twice I was completely horrified by the way the staff treated me, one time I left in tears. This is a store for plus size women and all of my experiences with the clothing side have been great. The women working in other locations have always been very kind and helpful. For some reason, this store hires the most awful women on the cacique side. I have never been so offended or hurt by people working in a store. I feel so belittled with the way they tell me they don’t carry sizes “that big” in the store. And it’s not that they don’t stock it, I would have no problem going online if that was the only option. It’s the way they have talked to me and made me feel like I am awful because my bra size is “that big”. Today I went in to this store hoping the 3rd time would be the charm. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST! The woman folding panties asked me if I needed help, I told her what I was looking for. She immediately told me she probably wouldn’t have much in that big of a size. I tried to respond positively and said that’s fine I’d just like to see what might be available. She seemed annoyed that I still asked for help. She finally found 3 bras in my size and presented them to me. I took 2 but said I was going to continue looking. She very rudely told me that I wouldn’t find anything else. I said that’s ok I’ll just look for other bras that I like and order them online to which she responded “good luck with that, you probably still won’t find them in your size”. I was pretty upset so I walked away looking at other bras. I came back to where she had found the other bras and was looking again and she practically yelled at me “there aren’t anymore in your size”. I just said ok, made my purchases and walked out. I will never be shopping at Cacique or Lane Bryant again. The woman today and another woman from about 6 months ago who made me cry when I was looking for a bra for my wedding day have completely destroyed this store for me. It took all of my strength not to throw a fit in the store but that woman was the most miserable wretch I have ever met and I really hope she sees this review and knows it was her."
