"Store was very clean. Well organized. Clerks were somewhat helpful. A little more worried about watching the customers then helping. But I guess that goes with the times we live in. I understand."

"I don't like bulky shoes. However, I am a walker, any my small bunion is starting to hurt. My sister told me to try a pair of shoes on. I must say they are very comfortable. I ended up buying a pair, and I love them!! No pain so far! It's awesome! The staff was very helpful!"

"The employees at this location helped me order the shoes I needed for my orthotic inserts online, since it was not available in the store. My order was cancelled and New Balance never told me that. I used a gift card to pay for part of the shoes’s values and after 10 days I received the partial refund in my account. The gift card value was not refunded to my account, but to the gift card number. When I went to the store to ask the manager for help in receiving the value from the gift card, he said to me “I cannot do anything; the store does not have money or gift card to give you in this situations; order cancellations are usual during the holidays; you should keep your stuff; it is common sense to keep the card”. The whole process was exhausting since I had to go after the store to know what was happening. I can accept that I lost my gift card in this transaction, although it was the first time that happened to me. BUT I cannot accept the disrespectful way that I was treated by that manager that afternoon on 12/12/22 about 3pm. He made it seem that I did everything wrong. My family and I will never return to that store."

"Store policy need to be stated more clearly on a receipt when it comes to a return. So I returned a item after 45 days of the receipt and got a partial refund. Shoes never been worn at at all box was damaged or nothing."

I was actually able to find a pair of shoes for my oddly sized feet. The kids also were able to find a. pair."
