"Unbelievably great customer service ! I came by on Thursday to make an exchange. And their gate wouldn’t open at opening time… The employee standing outside was so kind and helpful. While we waited, he was checking to see if the sizes we need to exchange for were available. He even went and got a bag for me to put my exchange in so I could shop at other stores while we waited for them to open"

"When my wife I entered the store we were the only customers. Two girls working were at counter chatting and never acknowledged us. I approached and asked about a pair for my wife, and one of the girls seem annoyed but went and got them. I asked for two more shoe styles for her and also a pair for me and she said "are you sure thats it I dont want to keep making trips to the back" We almost walked out right then but my wife really wanted the shoes. I reluctantly purchased two pair of shoes but I will never return to this location. If you dont want people to bother you, dont work in customer service!"

"Given this one star. This store use to be my favorite shopping store for shoes and sweatsuits. Now upper management has dropped military discounts from 20 to 10 percent. Good bye Finish Line!"

"My husband and I went to this location Monday afternoon and it was not very busy. We got helped by a young guy that was very nice and only reason for the 1 star. While in the store my husband saw some shoes on display that he liked and the guy had left. The other workers were at the cashiers talking to each other so he noticed it was his size and proceeded to just try them out. A young lady noticed and told him he couldn’t try on shoes on display. We were both unaware of that and my husband apologized and asked if he could get one that size to try on. She left to go get it so we browsed around the clothing section while in the clothing section I hear the workers in the cashier gossiping about my husband trying on the display shoe but they were not being nice about it and making rude comments. We left and didn’t purchase the shoes we had already put up front. We found the same shoes at a different store with nice customer service and gave them our business instead."
