"I was invited by Aisha Mills (Dior representative) to have a complimentary facial with Lindsay Stutts esthetician last Saturday. After 1 hour of total pampering in the Neiman Marcus Spa - Lindsay escorted me back to Aisha for a make up appointment. It was totally a superlative experience from start to finish ! Aisha gave me a remarkable experience that was beyond my expectation. While a new make up was being applied - several Neiman Marcus representatives came to introduce themselves and express their pleasure that I was there. This included Jade and a lady Aisha said was her mentor. When my make over time was completed - I felt relaxed and with a renewed feeling of beauty. Thank you Aisha Mills and Lindsay for the pampering, professionalism and care!"

"This Neiman Marcus has the most lovely and helpful ladies working there. I wish I had the name of both ladies, but one jumped to help me with a pickup and return that wasn't even her area of work, and Blessing helped me when I thought I had left a wallet in a box I returned. She worked so hard to find it, along with the first lady that had helped with the pickup & return. I am so impressed by their caring nature and customer service. Great store and I will definitely return because of these 2 wonderful women!"

"Don't trust their word... my wife was hospitalized for 2 months, and I needed to return a few items for her. They were purchased with visa gift cards, and upon returning the items, the associate put them on expired cards. I called their online support more than 4 times, including a supervisor, with promises each time we would be refunded the $400 in purchases, and that was 3 months ago. The only good thing is my wife won't be spending our money here anymore.. Update: I responded to the email provided last 3 months ago, and there is still no response back after a second email to corporate and another one followed last month. It just amazes me that a company that brags about customer service can be so untrustworthy. Guess losing this money is better than continuing to shop at a company that doesn't value their customers."

"Ordered a bag with gift wrap for pickup. Upon pickup confirmation, I called and made sure they gift wrapped the gift. They said “no we didn’t, did you pay for it?” I told them yes I paid for it and they said they would do it immediately. I send my sister to pickup the bag since I live 100 miles away. Turns out it was still NOT gift wrapped. I called and told them what happened and they offered to refund the gift wrap price or for me to bring the bag back. Neither worked in my schedule. So shocked that I can spend so much money on something at Neiman Marcus and they could care less about their customer experience. Never even bothered to say sorry. On top of this, the bag was in its factory “this is not a toy” packaging. Every other store removes this. This purse was just thrown in a NM paper bag and the called it a day. Very disappointed."

"I recently had a great experience at Neiman Marcus located at SouthPark Mall. I went looking for a new parfum for myself to add to my collection. The store is well laid out, clean and well lit. The customer service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. I spoke with an associate named Iman who helped me picked out a great fragrance by Creed and it helped that he wasn’t pushy, but engaging and made sure to ask great qualifying questions so I would be able to make the right decision. I would definitely recommend Neiman Marcus for all things related to clothing and accessories. They have a great selection of many designers and you’d be hard pressed not to find what you’re looking for."
