"I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service in my life. I placed a $202 order last night. One pair of shorts ONE had the wrong size because their website kept changing my size on everything i added to my cart. I noticed it right after I placed the order. I tried calling, emailing, texting the chat and no one could help me it wouldn't let me cancel. I call this morning, first lady left me on hold for 15 mins to go find a supervisor. Came back and said they were going to try and cancel it on their end, when earlier she said there was nothing she could do, but I could spend more money and get another size and have to return the other one. After demanding a manger a I finally got one and they wanted to say they could not contact THEIR warehouse to change the size of those one pair of shorts. So instead they would rather cancel the and loss all the money then just reach out to the warehouse and get a new size. They did not try and help me in anyway all they said was what they couldn't do. Then at the end when I said just cancel it then he said I will call the warehouse. So now all the sudden they had the number to call."
