Service King Collision Knoxville (Now Crash Champions)

"After getting into my accident I had no idea where to go. Luckily my insurance company recommended Service King. As soon as they received the car they were in communication with me. They were extremely quick to get the diagnosis and explained everything in detail. As work was being preformed on my vehicle I knew exactly what was going on as it was happening. They finished my vehicle up two weeks before it was expected to be finished and it looks brand new. I can’t recommend Service King enough! They were nice, they communicated and the job was done well. 5 stars!"

"Not the place to go if you want you car backin a timely fashion. This place either has no motivation to finish the cars on their lot or they have bit off more than they can chew and are not equipped to handle all the business they receive. Sent my car in for some cosmetic repairs after a hit in a parking lot. They sat on it for two weeks waiting for insurance papers. This wait would have been easily cut down by a week if there had been a simple follow up call by Service King to the insurance company. Then there was an issue with the parts. Around week 2, I was told (on a Saturday) that the parts would be in the following Monday. I called a week later and not only did they not have the part, they didn’t know where it was or seem to care as they informed me they hadn’t even inquired as to its whereabouts. When I took my car in I did not think it would take over 5 weeks to complete minor cosmetic damage and I would not have dropped my car off if I had known that. The people are nice, but they are not efficient. Like I said previously, either they have no motivation to fix the cars they get, or they don’t have the manpower to fix them all in a timely fashion. If you want your car back in a reasonable time, this is not the shop for you."

"Service King was one of the providers selected by my insurance company to repair my car. The bumper was smashed in and the tail light was broken. Service King did a fantastic job making the repairs. They were able to pop the dent out of my bumper and reuse and repaint it of replacing it. Everything looks like new and was done much faster than promised. They even vacuumed my car for me. They were also very good at keeping me updated on progress and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I would definitely come back."
