L a Nails

"Got my nails done here and my hands are TORE UP!!! One of my nails are bleeding, four of my nails were very badly injured from how rough she filed my nails that my fingers are RAW!!!!!!! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I got an infection from the dirty nail files she was using to rip my skin open. (I could see polish and other dust on the file that clearly didn’t come from my nails) The acrylic is uneven and bumpy and the skin around my nail has never looked worse from her tools burning and tearing my skin… I would never suggest going here to anyone! Please be careful bringing young kids in this place especially with how rough the lady was on my nails."

"My daughter called at 4:30 to get an appointment for 7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night and was told that would be fine. We arrived at 6:50. I dropped her off, and she walked in and signed in at 6:55. Another lady came in just after my daughter and signed in also at 6:55. There was already a lady and her two daughters there. One of the daughters was getting finished. While waiting, I ran my car through the car wash a mile down the road. I was back in the parking lot by 7:06. I messaged my daughter and she said she was still working on one of the lady's daughters and she was next. However, when that daughter was finished, the mom said, "My other daughter wanted to get her just polished.", so the salon owner did the second daughter. At 7:43, another lady came in and jumped in the chair in front of my daughter and the other lady that came in behind my daughter. The nail salon owner then told my daughter that she was going to do the other lady first because she called at 3. The lady that came in after my daughter said, "This is ridiculous" and left. My daughter texted me and told me that she was bumped in line so I went in to discuss this with the owner. The owner then asked my daughter after 45 minutes of waiting to come back the next day. If she wanted to wait until the next day, we wouldn't have called to make an appointment to come that night. I asked why she was being bumped. The owner didn't say anything. The lady with the three daughters wanted to argue with me about my daughter being late for her appointment. I don't know why this nosey "Karen" thought she had the right to even weigh in with her opinion on the matter since 1. it's not her salon. and 2. she had no clue what time my daughter's appointment was. She wanted to tell me how she had been there since 4 and the other lady that jumped in line was there three times. NONE of that made any sense. Here is what makes sense. you set an appointment, you keep the appointment. If you overbook, you tell that person as soon as they walk in, you are sorry, you are overbooked. You don't keep them and another person waiting 45 minutes to put someone else in front of them. Don't waste your time at this salon. The nail work is mediocre at best. The only reason my daughter called was that she was in a pinch to get her nails done before an event on Friday and is tied up the entire day on Thursday. She called several places and they were the first ones that said they could get her in."

"this place was terrible. The inside was nasty. The technicians were arguing back-and-forth in Vietnamese. They did not pay attention to what I wanted. I asked for a French manicure and the lady looked like she didn’t want to do it so I changed my mind and just got a color on my feet. I brought my daughter granddaughter with me and they did her nails and made them look like Tums. It was a horrible, horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. It’s so nasty they need to shut it down."

"I went in skeptical due to the appearance of the place. However, I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had here. I’m not sure of her name, but it was the younger of the women working there. There was no wait and I got worked on right away. Plus my polish was perfect. Great experience"

"First time I had ever been there. I was looking for someone to be open on Sunday and luckily they were there for me. She did a really good job and I like how well she took care of me. They were super nice and laid back."
