"I have been dealing with this store for years. I no longer will be going to them for anything. I never received part of my order from back in June and I called them about it and there was absolutely nothing they could do and gave me a number to their headquarters where no one answers. The last straw was I bought a gelish top coat and I've used it 3-4 times and each time it has chipped off within hours so I called to see if they would exchange it for a different bottle and they said as of yesterday evening they are no longer doing returns or exchanges and I asked why and they said due to Covid. I was willing to do curbside not even walk in their store and they said they couldn't do anything and then hung up on me. They lost atleast 3 long time customers for hanging up on me."
