"I was a bit worried coming here considering it’s such a huge tourist attraction… I thought they would be interested in tourism than actually cutting hair… I stepped into the barber shop a little afternoon, I told the man what I wanted and he went to work… probably the best cut I’ve had all year and it’s December… fantastic service, great haircut and just an all around good experience. I’ll definitely be back."

"You should definitely step in if on Main Street in Mt. AIRY. there are so many pictures, including historic photos of men that played the part of Floyd the barber. It is set up just like the barber shop from the Andy Griffith show. You can even get a haircut. Tourists are welcome!"
