"McKay's bookstore in Knoxville is an absolute gem. The prices are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well-organized, making browsing a pleasure. It's always a thrill to see the new selection of books and other items they have in stock. McKay's is a fantastic place to find kids' books, used DVDs, and board games at great prices. Whether you're a bookworm, a movie buff, or a board game enthusiast, McKay's is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!"
"Amazing this place is a gem. They have such a variety! They had records, movies, video games, comics, board games, toys, some av equipment. The prices seemed good too. Stumbled into this place without knowing what it was and I couldn't have been more pleased!"
"Great used books, music, toys, games store. Huge, varied selection of basically everything. Spacious and good parking option."
"McKay’s (Knoxville) is the best version of this “chain” that I have visited yet. This McKay’s is clean, organized beyond compare and the staff is super friendly. I often go to the Nashville location because it is closer to where I live but it has its downsides, one of which is it always in need of some kind of cleaning or organization, but Knoxville’s McKay’s is beautifully kept. The books are stacked well, the movies are easy to find and even the comics have tabs to their specific titles! It was so easy to find anything. This location has definitely placed more care into displaying a lot of their higher end items, which is nice and gives off a better aesthetic. Also, in case I didn’t mention it, the staff here in Knoxville is just a smidgen nicer than the staff in Nashville."
