"We went to this Prestige and the best part about our visit was Chelsea. She was great. Unfortunately, some of what was told didn't actually happen. We were told that they would take measurements and fit it to my now husband. Great! They told us the week prior to the wedding we would be able to get the tux and if there were any issues, they could fix them prior to the wedding date. Fast forward to 5 days prior to the wedding when we got the message his tux was there, he went to pick it up. He tried the whole outfit on at the store and the shirt was WAY too big. He mentioned this and they said they couldn't do anything for the shirt so we had to end up going and buying one. The jacket for the tux was also not fitted correctly for him but we decided not to fight it. He took it off after the ceremony anyway but my point stands. We just wanted what we were told would happen."

"Chelsea was excellent with handling my tuxedo rental. She made sure all clothing fit and took extra time replacing my shirt and vest the day before my event. She made last minute size changes for my brother's tuxedo. I found out that she was covering two stores that weekend. What more could you ask for in person so dedicated to your needs. "I came in on Saturday for an appointment to go over a wedding plan for myself and my groomsmen. Chelsea was fantastic and helped my Fiancé and me go through all of our questions and concerns. She really loved be able to come back in and make changes if we needed and the ability to ask questions along the way. The price was affordable for us for the amount of people we had coming in.
