"We’ve been here close to 10 times now on different days- Food is consistently good, service is always friendly and consistently good everytime across different waitresses, the atmosphere is relaxing and never too crowded or loud. Love this place!!"

"Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. I placed my order online for pickup. Upon arrival, I gave the staff member my name. Having to repeat myself for each question asked became irritating. The menu description of what I ordered was not what I expected. All of the places I've eaten chicken n' Waffles are usually served with wings or chicken fingers and a Belgian waffle. I was very surprised not to have gotten that. The Waffles were not tasty at all in that they reminded of the batter some hotels use, which is cheap and likewise with the syrup. The chicken pattie was okay. Now, their homemade chips were spot on. I would visit again and eat inside when I'm in the area again. I am a firm believer that everyone can have an off day."

"Went before about 6 or 7 years ago and it was great. Place was hopping! Went back tonight as we just moved nearby and they advertised a Wednesday wing special and BOGO 1/2 off burgers online. They changed the special to 1/2 off appetizer with purchase of a burger. Now, I understand changing menu items and specials, but don't continue to advertise them on your website. We weren't alone as the gentlemen at the next table saw the same thing. No wonder why the place was dead at dinner time... Food and service were okay but likely won't go back if they continue to bait and switch."

"Had a burger and it was large and cooked perfectly! The fries were delicious and I even got to try the sweet potato fries too. Absolutely yummy."
