"Hey y'all, I gotta share my experience at Jersey Mike's on Timber Drive because it was a bit of a letdown. Usually, I'm all in for their subs – they're usually top-notch wherever you go. But this time, it was a whole different story, and not in a good way. So here's the deal: I found hair in my bread. Yeah, I know stuff happens, but come on, that's just gross. And the way the staff handled it? Not cool. No apology, nothing. When I asked for a new sandwich, it felt like I was bugging them big time. They made me feel like I was the problem for not wanting hair in my food. I'm not usually one to fuss, and I get that everyone has off days, but the folks there could've been a bit nicer about the whole thing. The food's still good, sure, but the vibe and service? Not what I'm used to from Jersey Mike's. I'm just saying, if you're going around Raleigh looking for a sub, maybe think twice about this place. They need to step up their game in the friendly service department. Just my two cents."

"I have been coming to this Jersey Mikes for years now and it is hands down one of the best. The staff is always polite and pleasant, my online and in-person orders are always spot-on with no mistakes (even when asking for substitutions or odd orders). They are quick even when busy and the restaurant is always clean and well kept. Not to mention they are in my opinion, the best subs around!"
