"This is a fairly new business. I have given it a try a few times hoping it would be like Yummi Japan. Two people work in it. I have stood at the counter while they were 5 ft away and waited over 5 mins before they take my order. No smile, little communication. They are terribly understaffed, don't understand customer service at all, and the quality and flavor are nothing compared to Yummi Japan."
