Rudino's Pizza & Grinders 2644 Timber Drive, Garner, NC 27529

"The afternoon manager on 1/14/23 should be ashamed of themselves. They have an amazing buffet but the greasy, selfish manager made us wait for 25 minutes for a sweet pizza that is included with the buffet. He refused to make another one for the buffet (even though we had 30 min left of the buffet). Because of this and waiting with our two children who were waiting for it to come. We were to made to pay separately bc the buffet was "over". I would typically recommend this restaurant, we are frequent visitors and can not believe this."

"I’m not one to go somewhere super close to closing but when we got there they closed in an hour I feel like that’s enough time to get some food out of the kitchen. We walked in and were immediately greeted with looks and multiple employees making comments and sounds in the back and told the dining room was closed. I don’t usually write reviews but this made me so angry as you still have an hour until you lock your doors. Do better"

"I'm not sure how to rate this place. I was expecting a bar. We chose this place on a whim since it was in the middle of apex and Clayton. I am familiar with the Rudinos in Raleigh, i go there at least twice a month, which is a bar and pizza joint (amazing staff and service).... However, this Rudinos is kinda order at the register, staff aren't friendly and the environment is lacking. The pizza ordered reminded me of pizza you get in a high school cafeteria. They have a beer selection of 5 different type that have no reasoning behind. Safe to say, Will not be on the list places to frequent."

"I don't know what happened to this place but its dropped off. Twice now I've gotten terrible service. Coming since 2021 when I moved to Garner cause I like buying local. Great pizza, good grinders, fair price, well made. Stopped going for a while, go back and twice I get bad service. First time I wait 35 minutes, ask where my order is, wait 50 minutes total to get my order. Crazy since its 1 pizza and 1 pasta for carryout. Second time I go in, order 1 pizza and 1 fries, wait 40 minutes, go up to ask where my order is, its sitting on the counter and the cashiers glimpse at each other which makes me suspicious. I touch the middle of the fries, basically room temperature. The pizza, luke-warm at best. Once, a fluke. Twice, a problem to me. I've been going for 2 years so I might give it final shot and update if its better... Disappointing... I really used to like the spot and their food."
