"I will not be returning to this location. The employees didn't want to get up and make the sandwich in the first place. I had to get them to remake it twice, and they still refused to put cucumber on it after I ordered it. The whole time they were making it, they were screaming at each other and being obnoxious. When I did get my final sandwich, it's incredibly dry, the meat is cold, and there's no sauce on it. I am so disappointed in the overall experience. Save yourself the headache, and just drive to the next location"

"I came to this location around 7pm, the open sign was on and it says they close at 9pm on the door (see picture attached). I walked up and the doors were all locked and a young guy came to the door asking if I had an online order. I said no and he shrugged his shoulders and said “Sorry, we’re closed” …. at 7pm. If you’re going to close early or lock all of your doors and only do mobile orders, put a sign on the door &/or turn your open sign off. I went to Jersey Mikes instead because that’s ridiculous."

"i came in around 7:15 pm last night with my 3 kids and was greeted with a smile as i walked in, by the young brunette man at the counter. He was amazing in helping us decide what to order as it was our first time at the restaurant. our food was fast and perfect. he even made the kids laugh. firehouse subs in garner is our new family favorite and we will definitely be back. props to the kind gentleman at the counter last night for giving us an amazing experience!"

"I have been frequenting this shop since I began working in the shopping center a few months ago. In that time, I’ve grown to greatly appreciate the community - oriented atmosphere that the employees create. Reese and Corbin, along with the other whose names I unfortunately cannot currently remember, are friendly, prompt, and accurate. The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the dedicated employees who’ve forged relationships with customers that have made this particular sandwich shop stand out from competitors."

"Finally, a place that makes a sub the way I ordered it, with extra onions! The bread was not warm and seemed kind of stale. So that sucked. Overall, the sub places do NOT make my sandwiches the way I order them. That's the reason I rarely come, but I do enjoy the flavor. Check the photo extra onions finally."
