"This Wendy’s need to be shut down. They always have a new staff but the same nasty attitude! There is no bacon or maple on my chicken crescent. The girl walked away from my card in the machine. The franchisee of this place should do some customer service training with their employees. I’m not asking for a red carpet at the drive through but at least greet me and treat me with respect. This always happens when I go there!"
"Literally no one in the restaurant and 3 cars including mine in the drive through. Each car waited around 5-6 minutes to get their order taken. Got there at 206 for lunch and didn'tet my order taken until 227. By the time I got the food it was 237. Ridiculous...so better people."
"Don't waste your time. Literally. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru before getting to the speaker. Employees were annoyed we had a mobile order. Very abrupt and rude, especially our order taker. Won't be back. Shame on corporate, management and employees. Should shut this location down."
