"I was here 12/7/2023. I had the steak biscuit and small hash rounds. I have not had Hardee's in years. Food is still good. The biscuit was hot and buttery, the steak was hot and fresh and so were the hash rounds."

"If you need your food today do not come here. I have been waiting in the drive-thru line at this point for 35 minutes. Everybody in front of me appears to have had simple orders with one bag and one drink. If managers cannot properly staff a location they should not open a location and subject employees to absolutely unacceptable work conditions."

"Pulled up 20 minutes before closing, and they acted like I didn’t exist. Parked in the parking lot, and saw an employee walking around in the lobby. I understand you’re ready to get off work, but that doesn’t mean you decide to shut down the restaurant nearly a half an hour early. If the restaurant closes at 9pm, and I get here at 8:40pm, I expect to be served! No wonder Hardee’s struggles."

"Absolutely the grossest chicken biscuit I’ve ever tried in my life.. the outside was overcooked, and the inside was slimy. The Fry oil was old and the hashbrowns were terrible. Could not finish my breakfast."

"Honestly of I could give 5 million stars I would. I went in today at 11:05am missed breakfast so ended up getting a mushroom Swiss burger & a chicken & waffle sandwich. HANDS DOWN THIS WAS THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER GOTTEN FROM A HARDEES!!! Or any fast food joint. THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT! THE EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME AND SUPER FRIENDLY!!! Honestly it was the best service and food I've had in a LONG TIME! The 6 people working that shift deserve a raise. They clearly enjoy their job and working with each other! As someone who has worked fast food before I KNOW how much that kinda vibe matters in keeping motivated in a job that isn't easy nor kind. THANKS EVERYONE FOR AN AMAZING MEAL!!! I will be back."
