"The manager, a Hispanic woman with curly hair, is a complete idiot. will withhold meals from you until 30 minutes before closure in order to stay on schedule and close at 10 o'clock. I am aware that individuals have lives, but customers also do. Just change their closing time to 9:30 so they can get out by 10. Very disappointed"

"I spent 26.09 on a burrito for my son & I had a bowl . My son got it for us after he got out of school I checked his Apple Pay so it was exactly 2:50 when he got home with my food the bowl was stuffed the topping was coming out the sides and it was so much rice and black beans the steak & chicken is the meat I had every piece of steak I bit into I had to spit out cause of the amount of fat that was in it I couldn’t swallow or chew it . Called today to let a manager know what I experienced and basically he said he couldn’t accommodate me cause people lie everyday which was very unprofessional I asked to speak with. Manger he said she was not here she’s outta town I’m here until 8 so you won’t get her overall I won’t be eating here again and his customer service suck"
"Nice atmosphere but being new is to be expected. Ordered a burrito and bare minimum stuff in it. Was around 12 bucks and I get it inflation, but what I don’t get is cold beans, cold chicken like it just came out of refrigerator and not to mention portion size. Very disappointing to say the least."
"I came in and ordered 3 bowls. One, a veggie bowl. The other 2 were literally just rice and beans. So little rice and beans mind you that I had to ask twice to get it even to fill half the bowl. Then they had the audacity to charge those two rice and bean bowls as a veggie 3 pointer, even though there is only two things in the bowl. I said okay that’s fine, give me guac on the side for my 3rd point. She said “now those bowls are veggie bowls.” I asked how those would be considered veggie bowls and she said guac is a protein. I then said I just want more rice and beans if I’m going to be charged $8.25 for literally rice and beans. The price is ridiculous. Chipotle needs to change their policy. Subpar rice and beans should not be $8.25."
