"I know it was late about 8:30 pm on a Friday.. But there was next to Zero Customer service.. Disappointment.. They were out of the 1 Meat Item I want anytime I go for BBQ.. understandable.. I was NOT impressed with the pulled pork.. The baked beans, slaw, and Ribs were just average. I will likely give them another shot since they are close by, but for now, I am disappointed in an establishment that is on most "best of lists.""

"Normally, it's good. The last time I was there, I asked for a better piece of grilled chicken, and they ignored me. When I attempted to eat the piece they gave me, it was dry. The very reason I could see it was going to be dry and was ignored. Please listen next time."

"Ordered pickup. We got two judges samplers with greens, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and fries and a peach cobbler. And honestly the fries were the best thing that they had. Most of the meat was overcooked. The meat was flavorless. The greens tasted like they had been soaking in a pot of vinegar. The potato salad was all right. The peach cobbler was absolutely disgusting. A wasted $90."

"There were only 2 other people in there and I still waited 10 minutes for service. Wings were dry and salty. Ribs barely had any meat and felt like they were from the day before. Best items were the fries and ranch. House sauce was pretty good."

"Lunchtime can be busy but the atmosphere is upbeat and fast paced. The staff is really cool and they go out of their way to make your day! I don't know if Matthews and surrounding area realize how good this place is! Love it!!!"
