"I have ordered twice via DoorDash from here with extremely specific instructions about my dressing. I ask for heavy balsamic vinaigrette and then I pay extra for more dressing and write in the comments to put it on the side. This is the SECOND time they gave me absolutely no dressing. How am I supposed to eat a salad with no dressing on it?! Extremely frustrating. Literally never ordering from or going to this location ever again."

"I usually come here for take-out and the restaurant is clean plus the food is made in a timely manner. Taking into account the current cost of living, the price is quite fair, especially when you consider that fast food meals cost around $11. Spending an additional $2 to $3 for healthier options seems like a sensible investment. I usually get the chicken tenga bowl (hopefully I spelled that right) and the crispy chicken ranch wrap (sub lettuce for spinach and add avocado)."

"Unfortunately the bowl just lacked great flavor. The chicken didn’t taste seasoned & the grain blend was bland. I’ve had Salata in the Waverly area since visiting Charlotte, and enjoyed it there more. I will say it’s an aesthetically appealing place."

"Atmosphere was great. There's an assembly spot, then the chopper, then cashier. The assembly process was a little crowded and it was hard to hear. The chopper was friendly and great. The cashier was also great. So far the first visit wasn't bad."
