"I happen to love pho and been waiting to try a good place in Charlotte, NC. Initially I read very good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. This is a very clean restaurant which is great. The atmosphere is okay, nothing unique or special in my opinion. I ordered a large Combination Pho with extra meat. Very good pho, but not the best I've had. I barely had any extra meat in my pho, it was a normal meat serving, but still got charged for the extra meat. To be honest, the large serving is not worth it, just order a small bowl and it will still be a lot. Don't ask for extra meat or noodles because you will likely not get it (but they will still charge you). Service wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. The place could use friendlier servers to up its charm and character though. The other thing that was very upsetting was that the staff started to close well before 9pm (their closing time). It gave customers a very rushed feeling, and took away from any little experience that the place was offering. I think this will be the first and last time I try this place. Overall, this restaurant is just okay. Give it a shot if you'd like."

"I came back and tried it again after few years, assumed they are under new management now, they got new tablets. Amazing foods, clean and fresh. All the food are mild not too spicy (you can add more chillies) because I can’t eat spicy food. Look at this Bun Bo Hue"

"I've tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in the Charlotte area, but this is my preferred place! The Pho and spring roles are delicious. I've also ventured out to try the bun bo hue and the curry- all satisfying. They seat and serve quickly, and then they let you enjoy your meal without checking in every 5 minutes."
