The inmates are clearly running the asylum You can complain to the manager but they won’t do anything about the behavior. Better off just disputing the charge with your bank every single time! "Placed an order online for pickup, arrived at the restaurant the employees are playing around in the back while customers are being ignored. The drive thru is moving faster than online orders that were placed 40 minutes before hand. If you’re planning to order at this location be aware of the lack of customer service and readiness."

"Service was terrible. Only 2 cars in front of me. The car at the speaker ordered on line and got their food before someone at the speaker took their order. We ordered 2 salads that was not up to the standards Zaxby's has shown previously. Not enough lettuce or chicken, with 1 corner full of tomatoes, one full of cucumber, the other full of onions and 1 with cheese with no bed of lettuce. A lil lettuce in the middle with chicken on top. Will go to Culver's next time. Done with you"

"Drive thru only. Total time was 35 minutes in the line. Not to bad for an afternoon. Ordered a grilled Cobb salad. Portions were definitely off. Looks like I received maybe a half of grilled chicken? The actual lettuce was fresh, cucumbers were going bad ( under toast in photos). Tomatoes overripe. I never eat the egg nor toast, so no comment there. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed. When I order and pay for a $10 salad, I expect a $10 salad. Simply put. I should have went to Culver's as I usually do. Moving forward I will stick to my gut and do just that. I will not return to this location. I would encourage you to do the same!"
