"Several times I've visited this location around 8:30-9pm and they tell me they're all out of chicken for the day. Happened again last night. Then why is the store open? I know it's bc when certain employees are there they don't want to make anything fresh but it doesn't close until 10pm. Given them several tries but won't be back at this location."

"I knew better to stop before I went but said I would give this location a try. I should have stuck with my intuition. The lady at the drive thru was rude all hell. I couldn't even tell her my order. She so busy talking about what sides I want. First let me tell you how many chicken supremes I want. Then we can get to the sides. I was trying to let her know the number of chicken supremes that I wanted and she rudely cut me off again talking about them damn sides. I was the only person in the drive thru, so what was the rush & the nasty attitude for. I just drove off and said I will happily eat my Oatmeal cookie, lol. And they wonder why Chic fil a is booming! Customer service, customer service & customer service!!!"

"It's 618 and it's very cold out I would like to have a seat and drink some coffeeand eat but the " managers safety is more important " than me just a freezing customer in 38 degree weather me freezing to death isn't? and walking through the drive thru is my only option? very heartless of the little black lady yelling at the blonde lady outside( me) lying about only "2 employees"when I saw the 3rd walk in the back door."

"I Recently visited this restaurant and had a good experience. The food was hot and fresh, even though the fries were a little over cooked. The customer service was A1. Cashiers were polite and patient. They didn’t have a select few condiments (Lettuce, tomato) but the manager was very apologetic over the matter. The dining area was clean. I would suggest a more diverse music selection for the dining area for patrons."

"Decent experience. The sweet tea on the counter wasn't sweet at all. Brought it tot the attention of the staff and she quickly got ua more tea from the back. Would come here again."
