"I haven't been to this location since before the remodel. I prefer the old indoor layout. This layout seems highly inefficient. The tables are spaced out too broadly, and there are too many two people tables. There were also far too many employees walking around chit chatting. The service was not up to what I would consider Chick-fil-A standards considering there was one cashier for a line of people (but I think partly that was due to the inefficient layout of the new counter). And you have to ask for sauce even if you're dining in? For whatever reason, people were mopping the entire restaurant just after the normal lunch hour so everybody had to walk through it. I went to the bathroom (which is also highly inefficient, two stalls and only one sink for such a big restaurant), and as I was washing my hands, an employee came out of the other stall and started to leave. She then saw me and waited until I left. I hope she washed her hands. I don't see me dining in this restaurant again. I'm not even sure I would go through the drive-thru. Might just make the extra effort to head up to Cotswold and see how they fare."

"Absolutely the worse drive thru service I have ever encountered at Chick Fil A. No hi how are you. I pull up greeted " what's your name for the order"... Smile, greet like you mean it... Will not come back"

"Went here to get a cob salad no corn extra egg I was pulled into VIP and waited for 5 mins to get home to have nothing I order correct with the salad. I took the salad back come to find out they are out of eggs ok I got a grilled chicken sandwich meal I get to the window to get my order and check my food to make sure it’s correct look at the sandwich is there is not meat on there. To get home and my sandwich is falling apart. I don’t recommend on going there they will mess your food up big time."
