"Worst experience of my life, not only did this establishment get my order wrong. They forgot a taco along with my order, attempted to go inside but doors were locked and an employee kept pointing to go around and back in drive thru line. So i went back in line and had to wait longer than I already did for a taco. Come to find out when i drove home the taco they gave me had nothing but lettuce, cheese and jalapeños… i know it was purposely done, and when i tried to call the store the line was busy. Something needs to be done about this customer service."

"Yay! After many, many years, our Taco Bell finally filled our order correctly! We were so excited! The upgrades to 'Supreme' had all that extra we always pay for, but never receive. And the sauce packets were finally....FINALLY with the order! We were so impressed! Way to go, Taco Bell! You did it! You finally got one right!"

"We went in to this Taco Bell at 6:50pm on Jan 11,2022. We ordered our food from here they were incredibly rude! We wanted to dine in. Clearly the dine in was open but they said you have to order from the drive thru. All we asked is can we eat inside. The black lady told the other guy named michel “you already told them once order in the drive thru you don’t have to tell the twice” like in front of us they were being rude to us. Then they gave us cold food. And we order potato fiesta the potatoes were old. There was hair in our food!!!! All of us our getting sick! Never ever eat from here or order! They don’t have good CUSTOMER SERVICE!! While we were eating they kept staring us down. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT APPROPRIATE!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED."
