"This location is pretty decent. The customer service is appreciated. I met a lady named Janine and she helped me create my bowl. She explained everything down to the dressings which I liked that she was confident in her company and what they provide. I love the drink options. Pineapple apple is my absolute favorite. I will definitely be coming back"

"Ordered online and payed $25 for 2 bowls that are not even half full… I enjoy my food from cava but definitely do not ordering online as they obviously slack in proportions. They also forgot the side sauces I ordered… don’t know how to get a refund but would definitely want one."

"The dining space and the location was great but it all boils down to what you get to eat for what you pay. I ordered a rice bowl with chicken. The rice was not completely cooked and did not taste fresh. The thing I hated the most was one of the employee snacking on Pita bread while still in the serving counter. Completely unhealthy practice. Don’t recommend. No better than any other Mexican fast food chain restaurant."

"I dislike this place so much—poor management. I visited Thursday November 3rd at 9:45 pm. They were ready to go home that they lacked customer service. I came on with 3 other people. Instead of taking our orders they argued about who was cleaning the floor. They refused to prepare food for us that would create more work because they were focused on closing. Food was sloppy and cold. My meal wasn’t made with integrity. I often give second chances but I am done with this place. I don’t ever give 1 star but this place earned it."
