"Upon entering was never acknowledged in any way. Guys seemed cold & nor welcoming. Almost didn't order but did against my better judgment. Sandwiches did not have complete meat coverage. Got to the bottom of the Sandwiches no meat. So I will continue to go to Jersey Mikes."

"The staff here is Amazing. I Always receive Exemplary Customer Service. I don't order here regularly, but I needed lunch. I didn't realize that the $3 Little John that I use to get is now $5.29. It is EXTREMELY SMALL and not a good value, at all. The Slim is bigger with no toppings. It's up to the franchise owner for pricing. The Little John is appropriate, for a 5 yr old child's kids meal. It was my fault for not getting more information."

"I've ordered thousands of Jimmy John's sandwiches over the years, and this was the WORST experience I've ever had with a Jimmy John's. We had just gotten back from vacation so had no food in the house. We decided to get some Jimmy John's because it's usually quick and the kids were hungry. I called in an order for delivery...gave the order and confirmed the address they had in the computer from the last time they delivered to me. After 50 minutes, I called to check on the order, and was told that we were not in their delivery range. The guy said he had meant to call me but got busy and forgot. When I pointed out that if they were not going to honor the order they should have called me right away, he had the nerve to say, "What's the problem...you haven't paid for it yet." I understand mistakes happen, and if they had called me right away to let me know they couldn't deliver, it wouldn't have been a problem. Since they forgot to call me, they should have delivered the order this time and informed me that they couldn't deliver in the future. Instead, I got HORRIBLE customer service and no food after waiting almost an hour. Lucky for me I called, or I would still be waiting for my order."

"Quick service, great sandwiches, employee suggested rewards program before paying so I could get a free sandwich. Sandwiches were ready with in 3 minutes of ordering. Nice outside tables to enjoy at."

"It was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean location. Because of covid, we completely forgot the chips we ordered and paid for. When we called them up, they were so sorry and added a credit to our account. It was just so impressive that they owned the mistake and made it right. Will definitely be back"
