"Really enjoyed our meal at red robin. It was an earlyish dinner time on a Wednesday, but we had other plans immediately after dinner. The waiter was fast and attentive, ensuring we had everything we wanted/needed/ordered and even offered an extra fry prior to the meal being completed. He was on top of it. The food was typical American burger. All of them were tasty without any complaints. The food was just a little cold, especially based on how few people were in the restaurant, it was surprising"

"Well, my once beloved Red Robin destroyed my love for it….. I was (WAS!) a big fan of their burgers but no more. They got rid of the outside supplier that gave them a truly delicious burger (meat was really, really great) and replaced it with their own brand not remotely as good tasting - and now use instead of flame cooked, a flat top grill. They got rid of the Candied Bacon which was also a favorite, and also the Jalapeño Salsa. So……….. no longer a die hard fan. I’m still missing the Clam Strips. The Pizza is sad, the Mozzarella sticks were very average but not particularly good, I did however like the Bacon Cheese Fondue Dip. I get one heck of a lot of views to my reviews - PLEASE listen to my thoughts on the food. Went in a very bad direction burger wise. Server Alliyah was great! Friendly and quick. —————————————— Previous review is below from 2 years ago: Love their burgers!!! Cooked perfectly and flame grilled for flavor. Great fries also but I get em without seasoning. They don’t need it!! I do however miss their clam strips - bring em back!!! —————————————- Reply from feedback from Red Robin - thank you for replying. You need to taste test the Burgers before making such a drastic switch to your own brand. What you had before was a superior product to me. Both the flavor of the burger, as well as the method of cooking. Flame grilled gives a special taste that can’t be duplicated by a flat iron. Your fries are still great / fortunately!!! Burger meat does have a different texture as well as flavor. It’s not bad, but it’s nothing special anymore to me. Your burger to me is “the new Coke”……….."

"Tonight I’ve tried one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a very long while. Hats off to the chef who crafted this savory work of art. The angle of the photo doesn’t show but it was made with love and I loved every bite. I dare say the presentation tonight is worthy of a studio shoot for a poster. I will be back to enjoy many more times."

"Red Robin was a great experience when it first arrived many years ago. Covid has affected many restaurants but as more people are going out, this visit was just ok. The decor has not changed since it first opened. It felt very dated and stale. The unlimited steak fries were always a hit and the burgers used to be good. Not so this visit. With Now Hiring banners all over, I thought we might have a bit of a wait, but an hour for burgers is just too long when the restaurant is almost empty. Burger was undercooked, but cooked enough not to send back. First batch of fries were cold, the second fresh and hot. The best part of our meal was the bacon fondue. Very flavorful and great for dipping the fries. I returned to the restaurant because they added Donatos Pizza to their menu. The pizza I took home was as good as I remember. I may come back for Pizza and a basket of fries with the fondue,, but some effort will be needed to return for a burger. Desserts looked interesting but I did not order, may try next visit. Sadly another Red Robin location in Charlotte fired an employee who was putting edibles in the to go orders. Unbelievable and sad. That did not happen here, staff was very courteous and trying their best, but more help is needed here."
