"The young woman making our fruit bowls had such a great vibe. The service was top notch and quickly prepared. Everything was delicious! Parking is a big issue here as it is in most places nowadays. I'm a native and it seems the city is moving in ways that are not best for the consumer unless you come from a bigger city like NY or Jersey. Transplants probably don't find it difficult to navigate but I definitely do when it comes to parking. Most of the time I will just ditch a new place I want to try because it is too much of a hassle to park."

"By far the worst bowl I've had from Spoon's!! I love Spoon's Acai Bowls. I usually get from the Trade Street location. Never had a problem there. But my Southend experience was much different. First off, they didn't tell me they were out of bananas until AFTER I ordered. Like huh??? So I was told I could substitute with another fruit. Long story short....I feel like my bowl rushed. NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Please do better Southend SMH"

"I visited on July 8th and it was only 1 employee there and she was awesome. She had quite a bit of customers but she handled it well. She was very nice and patient. I applaud her for the awesome service she provided. BTW: Spoons makes the best acai bowls in the Queen City."

"I was invited by a friend who does crossfit nearby and always stops by after training to recharge her batteries with a good Açai. I confess that I didn't really like the options on the menu so I decided to assemble mine with my personal tastes. I ordered açaí that always comes with granola and banana, I added strawberries, grated coconut and honey on top. I left satisfied but lacked a little acai. A week later I went back and ordered the same with extra acai, perfect. I would give more stars if the place offers better chairs outside, they have four with a small bar table which is not very comfortable. Please put some comfy chairs outside, for sure the place will be five stars here."
