"They gave me half of my food. Argued that they didn’t. Then had the nerve to call me a lair on top of saying “let me talk to me boss” then doesn’t mute the phone and speaks with someone about my issues then comes back to say “we 100% put everything in the bag”. I heard everything the girl was saying and she didn’t explain it all. then I asked to speak with the “boss” and all of a sudden the boss isn’t there. I spent over 50$ at the establishment for them to blame the third party for not delivering the food. Very unprofessional and definitely didn’t try to work out anything. I could hear other employees laughing and talk in the background as well. I also have pictures of what I received and she still called a liar! Very rude and unprofessional. I will never order from here again based off the service and communication stills that are given to customers. Now I’m sitting here with lost of money no food for my family to eat together as one. Uber isn’t any better than they are because they will hang up in your face. DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU NOR WILL UBER!"

"This used to be my go to spot for Chinese food. However, on my last visit the two girls at the front were less than friendly and understanding after a situation with my order being incorrect. After driving half hour to get to there and back home, I noticed they gave me the wrong food. I called to see if they were willing to switch or give me the correct order to which I was responded with hearing them say in the background “our first complaint” then told they would not give me the correct order for free. I went back and paid to get my correct order that night. Needless to say, I will not be back… they don’t care much for loyal customers"

"This used to be one of the best places to get a great Chinese dish. Now I wouldn't recommend that you feed it to the animals! They have really fallen off over the years. Pepper steak had 2 slices of beef & a years worth of green peppers & onions. Crispy chicken was damn near burnt! Will not be wasting my energy at this place anymore."

"I’m not sure if this is chicken. It’s over cooked and hard. Your prices way to high… you need to cut it. Especially if it’s not fresh… I’m not mad or upset but it’s a never again. Had better bourbon chicken."
