"This is the most unorganized Chick-fil-a, each time I come. Cars are in both lanes; however, the two employees are only walking to the cars in one lane. I finally rolled down my window to ask what’s going on and was told only one lane is open and they only have two team members working inside. Wouldn’t common sense tell them to take orders through the microphone and place those two employees inside to help cook and take orders. Putting those teens outside in the heat and cold air to walk up to cars for orders does not speed up the process. I’d rather drive to Whitehall. I ended up leaving the line."
