"I was so excited to order some outback tonight as last Sunday when I placed an order to go it was absolute perfection. I even called to tell the togo people how great of a job they did. Now the to go people are incredible, nothing was missing however the food we received was disgusting. First off, the lobster tail smelt up my entire apartment and had such an overwhelming fishy smell. Now its lobster, so I understand its going to smell like fish however it was very funky smelling. $15 down the drain. Next were the ribs, WAY to salty plus the bones were all broken. Now I understand that is not entirely the restaurants fault if the bones were bad however I wish a closer look was done to ensure when spending $80 on dinner the food quality would be up to par. My sirloin was just simply not good. No seasoning, tasted like soap honestly. Took one bite and had to throw it away. Mash potatoes were extremely dry, no favoring or nothing. Just super disappointing. Going from such a great experience last week to now such a bad experience tonight I will not be purchasing again."

"Last night, my girlfriend and I went out to celebrate our new move and decided on Outback in Huntersville since we were in the area. Our server was new but we gave him the benefit of the doubt and he was fine. I ordered the Ribeye and Melanie ordered the Sirloin and Chicken. To our surprise the food arrived cold and my supposed Ribeye looked more like a kitchen nightmare. It was dry, tasteless and overcooked. Melanie's steak was charred and overdone as well. Our server asked if we wanted to send the food back but it took 20+ minutes to get the food and we were not waiting that time again. Melanie's chicken was salvageable so she took that and her Mac and cheese home. I finished my thin, dry, fatty "Ribeye" and just looked for the exit. Manager came to see how the table behind us was doing but never came to our table. I wonder why? Will never go here again."

"Stopped here while on vacation in Charlotte/Huntersville. Restaurant is well-kept, nice atmosphere - music at a good volume so you can enjoy conversation. The service was great. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. The food came fast, just as we ordered, and was all delicious!"

"So we ordered the blooming onions, blooming burger, and steak and chicken. The blooming onion was decent…. My burger was cooked well but lacked taste. The steak was cooked to rare when we asked for medium rare. Initially when they brought out the steak and chicken they forgot the chicken… had to ask for it…. Not the waitress fault more on the expediter who is supposed to check the food going out. The chicken was too dried for my liking. Kayla was prompt and nice, she made the experience better…. Overall i was a little disappointed, may give this place a second chance in the future… unsure yet…."

"I like the area this place is located in. Its a nice location. The staff is nice when you talk to them but they don't present to be welcoming. My server was ok but servers of other tables were better and more attentive. The food was better than the service but I can't call it the best. The Outback where I live in Georgia is better. Not a bad experience but it could have been better. But service everywhere is very slack nowadays so I guess I should be happy it wasn't bad."
