Crispy Banh Mi

"Had the grilled pork banh mi several times. Pork is very nice and flavorful, baguette is one of the better ones so far. However, food does come with missing items, not as described on website menu. For the bánh mì, their site says “ All banh mi come with carrots, daikon, cucumbers, cilantro and jalapeno peppers.” I have never seen jalapeño peppers in my order. Honestly, not a huge problem, but it does take away from the bánh mì experience in my opinion. Way too much pickled carrots and daikon and they’re thick cut too. For the summer rolls, their website states “Boiled shrimp & pork wrapped in clear rice paper with lettuce, cilantro, mint and noodles. They are served at room temperature and are not deep fried. Served with our peanut sauce.” I ordered the rolls and they literally came with just lettuce, 2 mint leaves, shrimps, and noodles….NO pork. Also it was poorly wrapped. Rice paper was extremely loose and all the stuff (it was filled with mostly lettuce) fell all over the place. $6 for mostly lettuce and missing a protein is insane. Peanut sauce is good. If you order via UberEats, it’s unclear what you’re going to get. So you do have to rely on their website’s menu, but it’s definitely inaccurate. I would like to know exactly what I’m going to get and get exactly what I was told I would get. Also, the chè are just ok…very clumpy mung bean and taro pastes."

"Banh mi here is super tasty, pork always cooked tender and delicious. Thai tea also great + tapioca cooked perfectly. I always recommend this place for its good food and kind people."

"Loved this spot! I had the bowl and it was excellent. Came with a spring roll and BBQ pork with noodles and salad. Great sweet fish sauce. It was really delicious and freshly made. Clean and quiet spot to eat. Tasty boba tea. The server was so friendly and helpful. Helped with the sweetness of the boba tea and picking a good dish. He was great!!"
