"Going to the mall was a thing I never really cared for, but I wanted my youngest 2 to at least get the experience once. We stopped in at lunchtime. We went to the food court first. Plenty to choose from there. They decided on Sbarro, chick fil a, and an Asian place. Chick fil a is pretty simple as far as items and no issue. The Asian place (the one on the chick fil a side) offered decent selection and had different combo options (1 meat plus side item, 2 meat plus side, 3 meat plus side, etc), plus egg rolls and some other things. My 1 kid got 2 meat options and rice noodles which he loved. Sbarro was just as good as remembered. Hadn't been to a sbarro in years. They have by the slice, combos, or whole pies. Some other menu options as well. All 3 places were friendly, quick, and got everything right. Despite the fact they were really busy with lunch rush. Long lines, impatient people, people on their phones instead of focusing on ordering, and not 1 attitude from any of the places we went. I TRIED to stop at another place, but they were goofing off in back (between chick fil a, the Asian place, and Sbarro), and never came to take order (we were going to order a cheesesteak and fries, but after waiting over 10min we said forget it and changed places). That was annoying, but we just went elsewhere (not going to put money where they don't want it clearly)."

"Rudest customer service ever by the people taking the orders..when i asked for the receipt he rudely said i don't have and do i look like i have one. When i insisted dor receipt he said i will get at the counter...they don't do mall employee discounts... I am going to advice all the stores in the mall not to buy from chick fil A... not just in this mall but everywhere we own the store in our 32 centers. Pathetic Chick-fil-A store management."

"I have never been this disappointed with my food from chickfila! My son's nuggets was ice cold, the letus on my deluxe tasted like chemicals and the fries was soaked in grease. They also decided to give me a small drink with meal. I will definitely not go back to this location wasted my time and money I had to go get my son food elsewhere"
