Pizza Hut

"Ordered delivery. Pizza arrived on the cool side. I had no idea my pizza would be delivered through Doordash as there's no warming bag for the pizza nor does the pizza come with tamper proof containers. On top of the cold pizza that I received the slices were incredibly uneven and not sliced all the way through. Not ordering from here ever again."

"Great food for your dog! My dog loved the pizza. Unfortunately I was not able to eat it because the slices were thicker than a snicker. I asked for light sauce and got a lot of sauce. Now I’m wondering if it’s Opposite Day and maybe I should’ve said EXTRA SAUCE? The slices were so tiny - I must’ve order crust with some pizza on it. Debated with my household for 30 minutes bc I didn’t want dominos - got to order from the place i wanted just so we could all be mad about how nasty the pizza was."

"We never got food. It was Christmas Eve and our family had been in the ICU with a family member who was dying. I called at 2:30pm to ask how long they were open for and the person at the other end said until 5pm. I said "great, thank you". We love Pizza Hut Pizza. So I ordered 2 large pizzas and said we would pick them up at 4:30. We got there at 4:25pm went in and the manager said they were closed. I explained that we had called ahead and was told that they would be open and could pick up pizza at 4:30. She said she called us to cancel. I said I didn't get a call. She said she left a message. I said, "I don't know, I came from the hospital and have been driving here. She said "Sorry, we are closed. Our staff want to go home to our families". I said, "That is fine but they should have said that on the phone when I called because we made dinner plans for the family around getting pizza here". She said sorry, Merry Christmas and showed us out the door. She was incredibly rude as well. I went to my car and checked my phone and I did in fact get a message from an unknown number at 4:14pm canceling the order. That is after they said they were closed and after we had left to come pick up the pizza!! Unbelievable! Terrible customer service and I will never order from there again. I would have been fine with them closing at 4pm if they had told us on the phone when I first called."

"asked for but found there was no curbside delivery- so I went into a messy store, I then had to wait until the cashier pulled up my order- noting that he quickly pocketed the tip that I had put on the ticket since I had planned on having it crubside. When I got home my food was kinda warm- the pasta was warm on top but the pasta and sauce were cold- and the only meat in the dish was some beef and pepperoni that was put on top and then had cheese sprinkled on it- which I didn't want. The breadstick order was just a loaf of warmish bread in a box- the sticks were not even cut, and the brownie bites just were not any good-- All in all it was a terrible experience- and a waste of 20.00+ dollars Noting to that poor food quality from this location is not unusual- happening in 4 out of 5 times I've been to this location over the last year."

"Never ever order from this place. I ordered 5 pizza and 2 bowls of wings to be delivered at a soccer field. the delivery guy instead of delivering on the said field number kept calling me from a terrible phone line, He left without delivering. I called the store and the lady at the store was so ruder and unprofessional. She told me " If I wanted my order, I had to come and pick up." This is after I paid the delivery fees and tips. when I said I can't come, she hung up the phone on me. is this how a company like Pizzahut should behave with its customers? Where is the customer satisfaction or focus here? Our group of 30 people were left hungry at late night. We could have been better to order from any other place than pizza hut. Reading other review of this store and the company, I never thought I will also have the same experience. Me and my entire group is never going to order from Pizza Hut anymore. I am writing this review so that others can be aware of these rude and arrogant employees who take things for granted and have no regard for their customers. If this is how they deal with customers, imagine the quality and standards they follow while preparing the food which you are going to eat."
