"Went to Taco Bell expecting to order inside via the self service kiosk but the lobby/dining area was closed at 730 pm 2/4/2024. Would be nice to have the correct operating hours posted. Decided to dine elsewhere"

"Placed an order through the Taco Bell app. Took us 20 minutes to get to the store. Had to wait inside over 40 minutes. So in all, over an hour for our food. It seemed like drive-thru was moving, slowly, but moving at a consistent pace, but every mobile order was having to wait around in the store. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exactly good. And they were out of Hot sauce."

"Ordered two fiesta veggie burritos. This is what I got! Does this store not follow recipes? What is this?! It’s literally rice with no seasoning and a teaspoon of black beans! Will not be returning for garbage like this. And the nacho fries were cold!"

"I wanted something easy and quick that I could eat while driving without making a mess. Taco Bell got it done. I installed the app while I was stopped at a traffic light and then placed my order while I was stopped at the next traffic light. Easy. When I arrived at the store, the bag with my name on it was waiting. The burrito was hot, wrapped properly and stuffed properly. They put a couple of "mild" sauces in the bag and napkins. Was it the healthiest option? No. Was it super easy and convenient? Yes."

"The new remodel looks appealing from the outside and inside, but the chairs and tables are the most uncomfortable and un inviting in their class. If you’re going for an upscale look, you want to keep people comfortable. If people are comfortable, they will stay longer. If people stay longer, they will order more. Good food, they got down the corporate way of doing things. No issues here. Staffing is a challenge with the worker shortage. Somehow somewhere, people are making money without going to work; I’m just as puzzled. With what they have, they are still working out the kinks with new and very young staff. With a few changes here and there I think they might be okay in time. Maybe. Actually, this is a BIG maybe. It’s rough, I won’t lie. Workers and management all seem very very lost. Hopefully comfort will set in with time and repetition. Inside Pepsi machine has been down for a few days in a row and the thing is brand new. Not a good look. Dining room cleanliness needs work. Long gone are the days where a company hires someone specifically to clean, you just can’t find that help anymore and I understand that. However with an open concept dining room with hard floors and hard squares for furniture, it’s not hard to spot a mess and take care of it quickly with a little attention. Drive through lines are always backed up, as are most Taco Bell’s in any big town in the USA. I’ve been to many. The night time crew on the speaker and window does leave something to be desired however. Corporate/franchisee; focus on management who can swoop in, learn the brand fast and get everyone comfortable and happy. You have some of the right tools already, you just need the people to use them. ~Manager of over 10 years~"
