Wendy's 270 Carowinds Boulevard, Fort Mill, SC 29708

"They do not deserve any stars if I'm being completely honest. I grabbed dinner Sunday night from this location. I ordered a number 10 which is the Asiago chicken sandwich as well as a Daves Classic Single. I was unable to get a receipt because the machine was not working...Once I returned home I realized that they gave me a number 9 or some sandwich with orange sauce ,crunchy toppings, and tomatoes. I returned Monday to try and talk with someone and to receive the correct order. I was told that they were closed and only doing doordash orders. Super inconvenient. The lady I spoke with had braids and braces. She told me she would cook my chicken and it would only take 6 minutes... I waited for 30 before leaving. This is unprofessional and I don't recommend eating here."

"So I left the horrible Wendy's on 160. We go to this Wendy's and look. I was in shock. I have never seen a Wendy's like this. With garbage over flowing out the top of the can. Smh wow ghetto! The girl at the register said she had no change to give me back. She said it's not her problem. I guess the garbage ain't neither."

"So bad- from food, to service, to everything- SAD! I can’t believe a food chain location so close to Carowinds would be like this. I been there many times before and never seen it this bad. So many locals sad it went down hill fast and they cannot keep staff, so I feel bad that my review may be based on understaffing- but that is not my or any other customers problem. I walked over my hotel and every door was locked ( at 9pm on a Saturday night I never seen the dining area closed let alone no human in sight from the windows. I then had to walk back to my hotel and get my car to drive thru the drive thru since that was the only thing open and it took over 10 minutes to just get the order in. After that I waited… and waited and waited! Food came out in a bag and when I got back to the hotel room- super sad. I ordered a taco salad ( a salad with chili, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, etc). Well I got a salad, I got chili ( maybe yesterday’s burger meat?! I always heard and suspected their chili was basically chopped up burger meat and now i can confirm that it has to be- because my chili never had a chunk of meat that was a quarter size and resembled burger meat). I did not get any tortilla chips- I received saltines instead. I did not get sour cream- I got butter instead. My lettuce on my salad had old, brown pieces in it. I added a photo- you can see there is a salad & small salsa cup. The chips ( I had to walk across the street to a gas station to get) and the chili was in my hotel microwave warming up. You can see those amazing saltines and butter- did they REALLY expect me to have salsa, butter saltines and call it a taco salad!?!?!? Just sad, disappointing."

"I can see why the reviews are so poor. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was ok. For some reason no one that provides service in this town smiles or even look you in the eye when helping you. She was polite. Just off putting when you can't look up at your guest. If they would look up they would see how disgusting this place is. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned all day."

"Love me some Wendy’s!!! Great Chicken Sandwiches, freshly made hot fries, and their Soda Machine dispenses me whatever concoction I desire. One of the Soda Machines was pretty empty but that would he from high usage. Other one was well stocked. Service took 15 minutes which was way, way too long!!!!! Staff was quick and friendly. I used the app to speed up my order as the line was long - it’s located next to Carowinds so is a very busy Wendy’s. Located at 270 Carowinds Blvd in Fort Mill, SC"
