China Inn is a no frills Chinese food restaurant. This family run restaurant deserves more credit. Family run meaning you will see the entire family working their tails off to feed you. I've dined here multiple times a month since 2018. While I agree the dining area could use minor updates this by no means impact the quality of the food. During COVID they removed dine-in seating although it has since been restored. China Inn is by far the best American Chinese Food in and around Lanco / Fort Mill area. There has never been a complaint from our household. Food is always hot. Portions are always large. Most importantly the food is delicious. If you place your order by phone the wait is fairly quick. The only long wait time I can mention is your typical busy evenings when you will wait anywhere you go. #SupportLocal #FamilyOwned"

"5 Stars for Chinese take out. They have very fair prices and the food is so much better than the ones around the Indian land/ Waxhaw area. If your looking for takeout for your family this is where you go and will all enjoy and have so much to eat you’ll have left overs"

"Was a little nervous to try a new place but I read reviews and looked at pictures and took the plunge. The food is 10/10. Flavor is there and exactly what I was hoping for! The wait is a bit long, so don’t rush there if they say 25 Min I would just come at about the 40 minute mark, and that’s not a complaint! They are working hard today it was just a woman and a man and they were kind and moving fast. I got the sweet and sour chicken, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, egg roll, wonton soup, and crab rangoons and all of it is top notch!"

"I have lived here for all of my life. For 18 years my family has stuck to this place for Chinese menu food. If we dared to go anywhere else, we would be disappointed because it was nothing compared to China Inn. The food is amazing, the portions are good, and the timing is decent(it depends on day and time.) The biggest thing everyone comments about them is the appearance of the store, and I agree it could use some work, but if you’re looking for good food with kind people; it’s here! I think everything else that’s great about them deserves them a better star rating. I’m enjoying their crab ragoons right now. Amazing."
