"Just literally walked out this place. Placed a pickup order. While waiting on my food to get bagged up, I purchased two Cokes!! When I’m getting ready to leave the register, this pimple faced kid, asked the other kid at the register, if I paid for the the sodas! This really put a bad taste in my mouth! I will never, ever go there again! Everybody is not a thief!!! I wish I could give it zero stars! Paid $40.00 for my order, what the hell would I steal two $2 Cokes for??? Since I can’t reply to this reply! No, he was not confirming that I paid. He told the cashier to make sure I paid for them, then the cashier confirmed that I in fact paid for them!! Do better! I’ll never come back to this establish!"

"Stopped here for lunch one day and came back for dinner. Friendly fast service we ordered pizza and salads first time . Both were full salads and delicious. Pizza was the best we have had in long time. For dinner we ordered pasta. They were having karaoke in the bar section. Totally a fun evening. Place was packed with. A lot of families in the dining room for early evening. It does get loud but we were both said we were sorry we didn’t have an Empire Pizza in Florida. Will return when we are in the area."

"Have been to Empire Pizza Fort Mill a couple of times before the pandemic. Post pandemic, this was the 1st time we went there this valentines Day. And we had a very good experience. Being a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and there were a couple of groups when we entered. And since we went in at 8:45pm, I assumed they would rush us into placing the order. But I was wrong, and Renee was very friendly and explained to us the options they had with pizzas and the Sicilian style pizza, etc.. On top of that, the pizza was awesome. We went with the large pizza and wings special, and they were great. Will go back again later..."
