"I have been eating at this location for years. I am officially giving up on this location. The vast majority of time I can not get fresh food here. The Bo-rounds are never hot and the biscuit 9 times out of 10 do not taste fresh and are not hot. I'm tired of wasting my money. The only reason I have not stopped going before now is I keep hoping I'm going to get quality food. Guess it's my fault for still hoping I will."

"Today was the first time I've ever actually gone inside and I walked in to find what seemed like a holiday party/potluck going on for the employees. No biggie. The front line area looked shut down but a guy hanging by the crock pots in the dining area nodded to me that I could order and a woman walked behind the counter to take my order. I ordered the 3 piece supremes combo with mac and cheese. I received fries instead of the M&C. I felt guilty enough interrupting a holiday party and just wanted my meal so I just ate what I got as quickly as possible and left. The food was okay, pretty much the "meh" standard you can expect from Bojangles. The lack of Bo sauce is the worst part of it all. Their new buffalo sauce just didn't work for me. Now that they've gotten rid of my favorite sauce, I doubt I'll be back. But if I do come back, I'll stick to the drive thru. It's less awkward to eat your disappointment in the privacy of your own car."

"Melissa was incredible! I had a large order and she displayed a vested interest in making sure that we had everything we could possibly need. She included cups, plates, forks, sauces, etc for me to provide my group with everything that we were likely to want/need. In addition to Melissa's great service, the other employees who were there when I picked up my order offered to help me carry it out to my car, told me thank you and have a great day. In addition, the quality of the food was fantastic, even though it was a large order that I ordered several hours in advance. They made sure our food was of the highest quality, regardless of knowing we were coming and the fact that they could have taken shortcuts to prepare our order early. This was an amazing experience and I will be using this location to fill orders for my business meetings in the future because of this great experience!!!!!"

"I have gone to this Bojangles twice. Both times the food was great and served fast but I would especially like to highlight the service! I did not use the drive thru but walked in and both times, the 2 young attendants were fantastic. Patient (as always take ages to decide), welcoming, kind, smiling and very nice. Congratulations! I wish I would have written down their names. They deserve to be recognized because unfortunately this is not usually the case in many other fast food restaurants. Thank you!"

"What’s happening at this location? Always something: sweet tea gallon instead of requested unsweetened tea; wrong orders, no sauces, and today after a half an hour wait we got our Family Box and they had pretty much emptied a full seasoning bottle in our fries: absolutely uneatable."
