"The food was delicious. I had to fried flounder, and my husband had the ribeye sandwich. We always enjoy the food here. We don't eat here often, but every time we do, the food is always fresh and hot. The order taker over the phone was polite and friendly."

"Great mom and pop family restaurant that makes delicious home style comfort food with good service. This place is usually packed for lunch with longtime regular customers including seniors. They have a regular menu and a printed daily specials menu with better prices. We had ordered a delicious Reuben sandwich which came with a lot of fries. The chef salad looked delicious and the fried fish filets were in humongous portions. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant has an unassuming store front that hides a nice friendly interior covered in tvs showing all the sports channels. Definitely coming back here for some good southern cooking."

"I ordered the Cajun chicken and it was very good. I had a side of collards and broccoli. The collards were the best I ever had. It was my first time there and the service was excellent. I got my beer very quickly and the food came out in no time at all. We are definitely going back again."

"Update: Food quality, and service have both declined. Ordered takeout last night, I received about half the amount of pasta as usual and no rolls. Our ranch cheese fries were salty, and somehow, a few dried cranberries were mixed in with our bacon. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant. ***Pictures are from my PREVIOUS review, not the the mess we received last night.***"

"The service is great, inviting and consistent. The food is also good. The fish and shrimp, burgers and steak are all tasty. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because the prices are a bit high. But I would definitely go back again. Also check out the drink specials."
