"Got a notification on my app from Chick-fil-A welcoming me to Charlotte and to have a free chicken sandwich. So, I took my family to the very long line and then the cashier said they do not accept rewards at their location. She was not kind the entire time we ordered, but food was decent, and manager who brought out food was nice. Could be worse, could be better."

"Normally Chic Fil A is fast. This one is not, go somewhere else you will stand in line forever and not move. Usually the line is long but moves fast but this place does not they are worthless. Go somewhere else as this place is an embarrassment to Chick Fil A."

Food is freshly made as there is so much turnover in product. Employees were very friendly and upbeat. No wonder their line is always long!! I invite you to follow me. "Highly recommended! The line looks scary and long, but the service is actually really quick! I started at the back of the line with about 16+ people in front of me, and ended at the cashier within 10 minutes. Food and quality is really great, tastes fresh and delicious and overall a yummy meal. Definitely a highlight was the service, everyone was super friendly and patient and made the experience so much better. I'd recommend if you have more than 30 minutes to kill, then make sure to go here as you'd want to take your time and enjoy the food!"
